Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the bedding items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unused bedding back into its original packaging, ensuring all tags and safety labels remain attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
